I've been a small business owner for over 30 years. I own a small roofing company. I find the best employees of the ones that I hire fresh out of high school, who can't even spell roofing, and only know what I teach them. I make mini me's. Several of them have gone on to have their own small independent businesses based off of what I have taught them. When a 35 year old man is able to make almost a million dollars in a year after paying taxes, I think I did pretty good. This man is 100% correct

But the individual performance of each part or person IS the Mechanism that WILL dictate the overall performance and Quality of that project. So the individual part or person Must be addressed. This requires a management style that addresses the Human element. We accomplish this by spending time on Employee Relationship Management. To many levels to discuss on this medium, but it must be learned and perfected if you want a Superior Product.
