What's the platform you're working in here, Dave? Is this a custom build?
Nice!
Thanks!
Amazing!
Yeah it's extraordinary how quickly this space is evolving.
I've been a small business owner for over 30 years. I own a small roofing company. I find the best employees of the ones that I hire fresh out of high school, who can't even spell roofing, and only know what I teach them. I make mini me's. Several of them have gone on to have their own small independent businesses based off of what I have taught them. When a 35 year old man is able to make almost a million dollars in a year after paying taxes, I think I did pretty good. This man is 100% correct
Love this story!! Thanks for sharing. The truth is, every business is a school and you're a great example for others. Keep up the great work!
whats the website/software you use to create these ai agents?
Let me check with Dave. I know he's testing a variety of tools.
Is that frontend a software that we can use? would love to deploy a docker image of it and play around. great vid, thanks
I'm not too sure... Dave's been testing a bunch of tools lately. What's a "docker image of it"?
@@systemHUB oh. Would be, instead of installing stuff, I would configure a docker image and deploy it, like I usually do with ollama and other softwares.
David, this is a fantastic video with a practical example of AI agents. What software are you using to create your ai agents?
I'll have to check with Dave on this. I know he's testing a variety of tools. Sorry I don't know this one.
Gotta say, David! I'm a 23yr old CEO of a 7 figure business and your book systemology completely changed the way I look at my business operations and structures. Thanks for the extreme value you provide!! I have implemented it in my company and overhauled my old systems.
Thanks for stopping by and the kinds words. I'm going to loop in Dave since he always loves hearing these sorts of stories! Would you be interested in doing a case study on our UA-cam channel? I can connect you with Dave's assistant.
Nice use of Agents. The outputs look much more targeted for the use case. Great mate!
100% the output seems to be getting better at a rapid rate! It's extraordinary.
Often people who have been there have been through many changes and are disillusioned after many bad or frustrating changes
You're absolutely right. It can be tough when you've weathered many changes that didn't pan out as hoped. Transparent conversation can do wonders here. When folks see how changes can actually make the workplace better, they're more likely to get on board.

Ackoff was brilliant.
Agreed... an absolute legend.
Chat GPT is a breakthrough in systems implementation.
100% and each new version they release it just gets better!
Apple is a piece of s*** company and should not be supported by anybody
Thanks for sharing your perspective! We know opinions vary, but we believe that putting users first can lead to great results.
In a Very Broad view of things this is correct. A Machine mentality has its place and time and is Important in completing projects. But the individual performance of each part or person IS the Mechanism that WILL dictate the overall performance and Quality of that project. So the individual part or person Must be addressed. This requires a management style that addresses the Human element. We accomplish this by spending time on Employee Relationship Management. To many levels to discuss on this medium, but it must be learned and perfected if you want a Superior Product.
Spot on! Each part matters, and individual performance impacts the whole.
@@systemHUBI’m currently writing a book on management approaches and techniques used at the Personal level. It Truly is an Art Form and very few possess those traits naturally, but those tools can be developed over time. Thank You for Your time.
please help. i can't find the plugin on my paid chat gpt account.... chat gpt doesnt allow me give him any google sheet link for him to analyze. any andwer would be really helpful.
Ahhh nuts. ChatGPT has changed! They're now using custom GPTs and turned off the apps function so things don't quite work the same as they used to. That said, you can download your spreadsheet and upload it as an attachment now. Give that a try.
This is actually fantastic product/engineering advice.
100% Elon nails it... and does it from the top of his head like a boss!
Tom was my friend.
Cool! 🤘
AI? And if not what's the original video?
Not AI :) Find the original here... ua-cam.com/video/t705r8ICkRw/v-deo.html
Beatibul
Thanks! Speed is key at McDonald's. What's your favorite part of the process?
This sounds AI generated. Can anyone confirm?
He is a robot 🤖 but it is real 🤘
Love this, perfect advice for my manufacturing machine shop! Thx Elon
Works with any process!! We love it too!!
u shared all the personal info of the people with NSA..shut da hell up..lizard
"If you're not occasionally adding things back, you're not deleting enough" is actually pretty good advice. 1. Make requirements less dumb; 2. Try hard to delete part/process; 3. Simplify or optimize; 4. Accelerate cycle time; 5. Automate.
Agreed!! Love this process and he said it off the top of his head! What a boss 🤘
It's clear Zuckerberg isn't afraid of making mistakes.
No doubt about it, Zuckerberg's taken his fair share of risks and learned along the way.

He did it so many times I think he almost believes what he’s saying!
Good message although the road to hell is paved with gold if hell existed and not sure why at Peter needs pearly gates
Hahaha… yes… good advice can be used for good or evil it appears.
boycot face book. you will live without it.
Yeah... agreed... I don't really use FB these days. YT is my home!
no one has any problems with your innovations. Just to the monopolizing and under the table conspiracies. what a jerk.
Yeah he does seem like a "don't ask for permission, ask for forgiveness" kind of guy!
Android
He is some form of AI isn't he? It wouldn't surprise me if we found out he was a computer.
Reptile.
Ok... it is agreed... he is not human. Just trying to decide if he's Android or Reptile?
This is indeed powerful! Thanks for sharing.
Agreed 🙏
You can't. Can wait to delete all this Data
If that's how you feel, fair enough. Our process is here for those who want to streamline their business operations.
Yeah, shitty narcissistic bosses will enforce policy punitively until no one gives a shit anymore about doing the right thing. They LOVE the correct thing to do, but do not understand the right thing to do.
You’ve hit the nail on the head. Policies enforced punitively can definitely kill morale. It’s crucial to balance rules with empathy and understanding to truly inspire a team.
@@systemHUB 🙌🏻
What a weirdo. He's so jewish, it's cringe worthy.
Shoutout to the The Sung Dynasty. Data, Lore, B4, Mark... Also. Not a fan of Zuck for may reasons, but in this little clip he is speaking the absolute gospel troth of Capitalism. You have to be able to try different things and fail and try something else. That is why Bankruptcy exists and limited Liability companies. So you can screw up completely... And then try something different.
Absolutely, you make a strong point. Even the most successful ventures often arise from a series of failures and retries. Well said!
These chat prompts are great, but you could really bring this up a notch by using a tool like Make to automate all of these inputs and outputs so you don't have to do it manually.
100% that's the next level for many. We use a variety of workflow AI tools... like make.com and cassidyai.com I know Dave tries to make things as accessible as possible and shows how things can be done with free tools... then there's always the option to make it even easier with paid tools.

Annie really knows what she is talking about. She is revealing some crucial things all managers need to hear. Thank you!
Thanks Zarko! I'd love to know what stood out for you? Was there a particular insight that hit home?
Billionaire. Who built a website. Can’t hear you.
Ah, the irony! Sometimes, building a website is just the first step towards shooting for the moon. 🚀
This is not correct, google sites works
Glad it works for you! Different tools suit different needs, and if Google Sites gets the job done for your team, that’s what matters. However, if you ever find yourself needing something more tailored for building and maintaining business systems, give systemHUB a try. It's designed to make it easier for everyone on your team to get involved and keep things updated.
